Newly hired workers will have a salary higher than the average salary in Montenegro, and considering that it is a standardized job, overtime hours will be paid additionally. With paid contributions, employees will have free accommodation and food.
The President of the Municipality, Nusret Kalač, also wished success in work and life to his fellow citizens, who said that he was sorry that the local administration could not financially help the participants, because the law forbids it during the election campaign.
