The route Rožaje - Plunce - Balotiće is interrupted

The latest snowfall and the rain that has been falling in Rožaje these days have caused serious material damage to the local road infrastructure and agricultural farms.

In continuity, all the rivers in the territory of the municipality of Rožaje are out of their riverbeds, and there is a danger that the water level will increase, given the fact that further precipitation is expected.

Areas along the Županica, Lovnička, Grahovača and Balotska river basins are particularly at risk.

Due to earlier damage and new rainfall that occurred in the last few days, the road route Rožaje - Plunce - Balotiće is interrupted, the damage is very large, and considering the danger of the road, we fear more damage.

The local administration will, within the limits of its capabilities, take all necessary measures to eliminate the resulting damage and protect the local infrastructure and citizens' property.
