Municipal Day was solemnly celebrated in Rožaje

The Municipality Day, September 30, was solemnly celebrated today in Rožaje. The ceremonial session that was organized on the occasion was broadcast live by RTR for the first time in the history of our city. At this session, a film was shown about the investment works carried out in the past year, in which future ones were also announced. projects. In the crowded Big Hall of the CZK, where this session was held, the participants had the opportunity to see the impressive results in investment construction on the territory of the entire municipality, which were achieved in a period of 365 days. The President of the Municipality, Ejup Nurković, addressed the audience, speaking about the intensive development Rožaja, announcing significant investment ventures in the coming period, emphasizing the importance of the construction of the tunnel between Rožaja and Peć.

Academician Šerbo Rastoder, professor doctor Rifat Škrijelj, rector of the University of Sarajevo and humanist Jusuf Ćatović received the highest municipal award on September 30. The mayor Ejup Nurković presented them with the awards.

The best students were also awarded, namely - Anes Murić and Riad Mujević. The president of the SO Rožaje, Almir Avdić, presented them with the awards.
