Three-day mourning in Rožaje

President of the Municipality Rahman Husovic made the Decision that due to the death of the leader of the Bosniaks and the long-time vice-president of the Government, the professor Rafet Husović March 10, 11 and 12 are declared days of mourning in Rožaje.

"A man has left us who spent his entire socio-political engagement selflessly advocating for the common good. Wrapped in sincerity, gentleness and immense patience, he built strong and friendly relationships with his colleagues and with every person who had the honor of meeting him. It is with deep sadness that we say goodbye to a sincere friend who, until the last day of his life, worked with great devotion to realize the idea of the progress of Rožaj and Montenegro, while nurturing the highest human and social values. His contribution to building peace, democracy and multi-ethnic harmony will be remembered by history", said President Rahman Husović during the adoption of the Decision on the three-day mourning in Rožaje.

The Day of Mourning is marked by flying the flag at half-mast on the Municipality building, public institutions and enterprises founded by the Municipality, facilities of local communities and other institutions in the area of Rožaj.

Electronic and other media, organizers of public programs and content are obliged to adapt their programs and content to the Day of Mourning.

During the Day of Mourning, it is forbidden to broadcast music, that is, to hold programs of an entertaining nature in a public place, according to the Decision.
