The education of agricultural producers in the field of greenhouse production is ongoing

Yesterday, in the hall of the National Library of the municipality of Rožaje, the education of agricultural producers in the field of greenhouse production began, which will last from September 13, 2021. until 17.09.2021. year, starting at 10 a.m.

The training includes the method of raising and setting up the greenhouse, the system of selecting materials for covering it, PVC film (nylon), then training for the selection of planting material as well as the method of applying agro-technical measures to preserve seeds and increase crop productivity.

This project is implemented by the Turkish Coordination Agency (TIKA) in cooperation with the Municipality of Rožaje and the Secretariat for Agriculture, Water Management and Tourism, the lecturers are experts from the Institute of Agriculture from the Turkish city of Mersin.

The education can be attended by all interested citizens, agricultural producers, as well as owners of greenhouses donated by TIKA, attendees will have the opportunity to hear about the conditions and methods of organic, integral and vegetable production in the protected area.
