In Rifata Burdževića Street, the lighting worked and the road repair work started for the Besnik Local Community

After the technical conditions were created, the administrative promptness was accelerated, so the lighting was enabled last night in Rifata Burdževića Street. From the Directorate for Investments, Rožaje reports that they will try to ensure that such and similar situations do not occur in the future. Director of the Directorate for Investments, Mr. Mirsad Džudžević, apologized to everyone who directly or indirectly suffered the consequences of the mentioned problem.

“Today, works on the construction of the road in the Besnik Local Community began, with the technical assistance of the Directorate for Construction and Investments. The deadline for making this road is 7 days, although we believe that everything will be finished by Sunday. In the coming period, we will put pressure on the Traffic Directorate and the competent Ministry to rehabilitate the main road at the very exit from Rožaj, in the village of Zeleni, which was also undermined by water. We are doing everything as an institution and as a local administration to record and remediate all the damage that has occurred, and we expect the help of state institutions in this.said Mr. Džudžević.

Today, a delegation from the local self-government of Rožaje visited the section of the road in the Besnik Local Community where works are being carried out, in order to gain insight into the manner and dynamics of the works. The delegation was led by the President of the Municipality of Rožaje, Ejup Nurković with his associates, the Director of the Directorate for Construction, Mirsad Džudžević, the Secretary of the Secretariat for Local Communities, Vehbija Honsić and the Head of the President's Cabinet, Ismet Kalač. According to those present, the works on the road are taking place according to the projected dynamics and it is realistic to expect that the road will be passable already on Sunday.
