"UNIS-MP" d.o.o. consented to the Elaboration of Environmental Impact Assessment

Based on Article 24 and in connection with Article 28 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 75/18), the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje

that the project holder "UNIS-MP doo, from Rožaj, was given decision no. UPI 06-322/20-342/10 dated December 16, 2020, which gave consent to the Elaboration of the Environmental Impact Assessment for the Project of the facility-poultry farm on the cadastral plot 8/3/2 of the Balotiće municipality, Rožaje municipality

In the conducted environmental impact assessment procedure, it was determined that the Environmental Impact Assessment Report was prepared in accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 75/18).

The consent decision established the obligation of the Project Holder to carry out the implementation of the subject project in accordance with the environmental protection measures established in the Elaboration of Impact Assessment, which refer to:

- measures to prevent, reduce or eliminate a significant adverse impact on the environment;

- program for monitoring the impact of the project on the environment (monitoring).

An appeal can be filed against the decision on giving consent to the Elaborate to the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Rožaje, within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice in the media.
