XIII REGULAR SESSION OF SO

June 25, 2012 (Monday) starting at 10 a.m. in the small hall of the Cultural Center

At the proposal of the president of the municipality of Rožaje, Mr. Nusret Kalač, the XII regular session of the SO will be held. The session is scheduled for June 25, 2012 (Monday) starting at 10 a.m. in the small hall of the Cultural Center (city reading room).

The following was proposed for the session

AGENDA

1. Consideration and adoption of the Proposal for a Decision on the final account of the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2011;
2. Consideration and adoption of the Proposal for a Decision on Impairment Tax;
3. Consideration and adoption of the Proposal for a Decision on compensation for the use of municipal and uncategorized roads and road land in the territory of the municipality of Rožaje;
4. Consideration and adoption of the Decision on Amendments to the Decision on Financing Political Parties;
5. Consideration and adoption of the Decision on exemption from payment of obligations based on real estate tax - agricultural land for the year 2012;
6. Consideration and adoption of the Proposal for a Decision on the Designation of a Temporary Solid Waste Landfill;
7. Consideration and adoption of the Proposal for the Decision on Amendments to the Local Study of the "Base" location;
8. Consideration and adoption of the Draft Decision on the twinning of the municipality of Rožaje (Montenegro) and the municipality of Buca (Republic of Turkey);
9. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work of the Cultural Center "Centar for Culture" with the Work Program for 2012;
10. Consideration and adoption of the Work Report with financial indicators for the year 2011 of JP "Komunalno" Rožaje;
11. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work of JP "Vodovod i kanalizacija" for 2011, with the work plan for 2012;
12. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work of the Rožaje Tourist Organization with the Work Plan for 2012;
13. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work of the Local Business Center for 2011 with the Work Program for 2012;
14. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work of JP Sports Center for 2011 with the Work Program for 2012;
15. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work of the "Native Museum" Ganića Tower for 2011 with a financial report;
16. Consideration and adoption of the Proposal for the Decision on the formation of the jury for awarding the "September 30" award;

The materials for all items on the agenda have been properly prepared by the authorized services, and will be considered in the regular legal procedure.
