Based on Article 40 of the Law on Local Self-Government ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", No. 02/18, 34/19 and 38/20), Article 48 of the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", Number 38 /18) and Article 68 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", no. 38/18)

S A Z I V A M

20. (Twentieth ) REGULAR SESSION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROŽAJA

The session will be held on May 24, 2021 (Monday), starting at 11 a.m., in the Great Hall of the JU Center for Culture.

I suggest the following for the session:

AGENDA

1. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work of the President of the Municipality and local administration bodies and services for the year 2020;

2. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work with the financial report of the Public Library "National Library" Rožaje for 2020;

3. Consideration and adoption of the Work Report with the financial report of the Provincial Museum "Ganića Kula" Rožaje for the year 2020;

4. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work with the financial report of the Cultural Center Rožaje for the year 2020;

5. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work with the financial report of the Ju Dnevni center for children and youth with disabilities and difficulties in development Rožaja for the year 2020;

6. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the appointment of a member of the council of the Provincial Museum "Ganića Kula" in Rožaje;

7. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Decision on the appointment of the director of the Provincial Museum "Ganića Kula" in Rožaje;

8. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on amendments to the Decision on real estate tax;

9. Consideration and adoption of the Decision on exemption from payment for immobility of agricultural land for the year 2021;

10. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on compensation for communal equipment of construction land;

11. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the confirmation of the Decision for urban rehabilitation.
