XXVI regular session of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly

At the 26th regular session of the local parliament, which was held today, the final budget account for last year was adopted by majority vote.

The work program of the Assembly for this year, as well as the annual report on the state of spatial planning for 2013, were given the green light by the councilors.

The majority of local politicians supported the decision to give a guarantee to sports organizations for credit debt in the amount of 50 thousand euros.

Rafet Hajdrapašić was appointed as the head of the Municipal Election Commission, who will perform this function instead of Mersudin Ceca Dautović.

The Assembly also adopted the program for the arrangement of the municipality's space for this year, as well as the annual plan for temporary buildings.

Consent was given to the Decision of the Management Board on the appointment of directors of "Water and Sewerage" and "Communal", Safet Murić and Admir Zejnelagić were appointed.

On the initiative of the President of the Municipality, Nusret Kalač, the proposal to exempt the payment of taxes on agricultural land was not considered today, because the adoption of that decision could be interpreted as pre-election abuse.

The session was left by SDP councilors who demanded that the items Final Account of the Budget for 2013 and the Decision on providing guarantees for sports collectives' credit should not be discussed at today's session.
