The Islamic community and cultural center Plav - Gusinje from New York donated 2,000 dollars to the Municipality of Rožaje. The donation was delivered through the non-governmental association "Hajrat" from Rožaj, which participates in the realization of humanitarian activities of that organization.
President of the Municipality Rahman Husovic he discussed this occasion with the volunteers of Hajrat Emir Kajević and Arben Jakupi and thanked for the donation, which, as he assessed, is significant for the Municipality because there are many citizens who need to be provided with food and other necessities of life.
"We are grateful to all the people who make their contribution in order to mitigate the negative effects of the corona virus epidemic and help our citizens who are in a state of social need to have everything they need for life during the danger of infection" said the president Husovic.
