The 26th regular session of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly is scheduled

Based on Article 40 of the Law on Local Self-Government ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no. 02/18, 34/19 and 38/20), Article 48 of the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", number 38/18 and 16/21) and Article 68 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", no. 38/18 and 16/21)

26TH (TWENTY SIXTH) REGULAR SESSION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROŽAJA

The session will be held on June 29, 2022 (Wednesday), starting at 11 a.m., in the small hall of the Rožaje Center for Culture (reading room of the National Library).

I propose the following AGENDA for the session:

1. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the Final Account of the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for the year 2021;
2. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work of the President of the Municipality of Rožaje and the work of local government bodies and services for the year 2021;
3. Consideration and adoption of the Work Report with the financial report of DOO "Vodovod i kanalizacija" Rožaje for the year 2021;
4. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the implementation of the annual program of performing communal activities and financial operations of DOO "Komunalno" Rožaje for the year 2021;
5. Consideration and adoption of the Work Report with the financial report of the Rožaje Tourist Organization for 2021;
6. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work with the financial report of DOO "Ski centar Hajla" Rožaje for the year 2021;
7. Consideration and adoption of the Work Report with the financial report of the Provincial Museum "Ganića Kula" Rožaje for the year 2021;
8. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work with the financial report of the Ju Day center for children and youth with obstacles and difficulties in the development of the municipality of Rožaje for the year 2021;
9. Consideration and adoption of the Work Report with the financial report of the Rožaje Center for Culture for the year 2021;
10. Consideration and adoption of the Work Report with the financial report of the National Library of Rožaje for the year 2021;
11. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work with the financial report of DOO "Sportski centar" Rožaje for the year 2021;
12. Consideration and adoption of the Work Report with the financial report of DOO LJE "Radio Television Rožaje" for the year 2021;
13. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Statute of the Tourist Organization of the Municipality of Rožaje;
14. Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on granting consent on the establishment of the right of actual service in favor of DOO "Crnogorski-elektrodistributivni sistem" Podgorica;
15. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the transfer of property rights on land for a fee;
16. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the confirmation of the Decision on the criteria, method and procedure for the distribution of funds to support the economy and entrepreneurship, number 01-018/ 22-1380 dated 18.05.2022. years;
17. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the adoption of the Strategy for the development of cycling in the municipality of Rožaje for the period 2022-2026;
18. Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on the appointment of the Jury for awarding the award "30. September" for 2022;
19. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the appointment of a member of the Board of Directors of the Day Center for Children and Youth with obstacles and difficulties in the development of the municipality of Rožaje.
