The 27th regular session of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly is scheduled

Based on Article 40 of the Law on Local Self-Government ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no. 02/18, 34/19 and 38/20), Article 48 of the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", number 38/18 and 16/21) and Article 68 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", no. 38/18 and 16/21)

27. (DTWENTY SEVEN ) REGULAR SESSION OF THE ASSEMBLY OPShTINE'S BIRTHDAYS

The session will be held on September 22, 2022 (Thursday), starting at 11 a.m., in the small hall of the Rožaje Center for Culture (reading room of the National Library).

I propose the following for the session

AGENDA:

1. Consideration and adoption of the Semi-Annual Report on total receipts and total expenditures of the Budget Municipality of Rožaje;

2. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the amount of fees for the use of municipal roads in the territory of the municipality of Rožaje;

3. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on confirmation of the Decision on allocation of funds from the permanent budget reserve;

4. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on confirmation of the Decision on the transfer of the right of disposal;

5. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Decision of the Board of Directors on the dismissal of the executive director of LLC "Agency for Design and Development" Rožaje;

6. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the dismissal of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of LLC "Agencija zaprojetovanje i razvoj" Rožaje;

7. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the dismissal of a member of the Board of Directors of LLC "Agencija zaprojetovanje i razvoj" Rožaje;

8. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the dismissal of a member of the Board of Directors of LLC "Agencija zaprojetovanje i razvoj" Rožaje.
