The seventh regular session of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly has been scheduled

Based on Article 68 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations" No. 38/18)

I CALL

VII (seventh) regular session, which will be held on February 11, 2019 (Monday), starting at 11 a.m. in the National Library (reading room).

I propose the following for the session

AGENDA:

1. Filling a vacant board position;
2. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the formation of working bodies;
3. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on co-financing of sports;
4. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on exemption from payment of obligations based on
   real estate tax - agricultural land for 2019;
5. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on amendments and additions to the Decision on the amount,
   method of calculation and payment of membership contribution to the Tourist Organization;
6. Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on Adoption of the Investment Program
   activities for the municipality of Rožaje for 2019;
7. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the transfer of property rights on land;
8. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the correction of an error in the Decision on granting
   real estate for use, no. 218 of July 4, 2016;
9. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on giving consent to the Decision on
   amendments to the Statute of DOO Komunalno Rožaje, number 857/1 dated
   July 25, 2014;
10. Decision on the appointment of the secretary of the Rožaje Municipal Assembly.
