XVIII regular session of SO Rožaje scheduled
Based on Article 40 of the Law on Local Self-Government ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", No. 02/18, 34/19 and 38/20), Article 48 of the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", No. 38 /18) and Article 68 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", no. 38/18)

XVIII ( EIGHTEENTH ) REGULAR SESSION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROŽAJE
The session will be held on December 29, 2020 (Tuesday), starting at 11 a.m., in the Great Hall of the JU Center for Culture.
I suggest the following for the session:
AGENDA
- Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Work Program of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly for 2021;
- Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2021;
- Consideration and adoption of the Work Report with the financial report for the year 2019 of DOO LJE "Radio televizija Rožaje";
- Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the construction of local facilities of general interest;
- Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on house rules in residential buildings;
- Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on amendments and additions to the Decision on the amount, method of calculation and payment of membership contribution to tourist organizations;
- Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on amendments to the Decision on the salaries of local officials and employees in the municipality of Rožaje;
- Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on amendments to the Decision on salaries of local officials.
